A few years ago, I was just a mum trying to figure out how to feed my three kids good food without blowing the budget. I started sharing my $10 meal plans online and somehow, it grew into a huge Facebook community — and now, a bestselling cookbook!
These days, from my little kitchen in the Huon Valley, I’m still doing what I love: creating easy, affordable recipes that help make life a little simpler (and a lot tastier). I’m passionate about food that's full of bold flavours, inspired by different cuisines from all over the world.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll often find me volunteering in my community, running cooking workshops, and providing round the clock support in my online community. So if you have questions or need help with a recipe, please get in touch!

In my home, food isn’t just about what’s on the plate, it’s about bringing people together.
As a single mum of three, I know what it’s like to juggle busy days, tight budgets and struggle to put something nourishing and comforting on the table.
The funny thing is, I didn’t really learn how to cook until I was 30. Before that, I was just doing my best to get by so I know firsthand how overwhelming cooking and meal planning can feel when you're just starting out.
For me, cooking isn’t about perfection, it’s about connection.
